Catalytic is pleased to announce its appointment as the Executing Entity for the Technical Assistance Facility of Mirova’s second vintage dedicated to sustainable land use .

The Technical Assistance Facility will support portfolio companies in enhancing their environmental, social, and climate performance, thereby maximizing the impact and bankability of the fund’s investments. Key areas of support will include:

• Impact enhancement technical assistance, such as greenhouse gas assessments and mitigation planning, climate adaptation measures, biodiversity monitoring, gender assessments and action plans, and improvements in corporate governance and external communication;

• Impact monitoring and long-term capacity development, including the development of case studies and knowledge products for replication, support to Environmental and Social Management Systems (ESMS), and the establishment of Monitoring, Reporting, and Verification (MRV) systems in line with Mirova’s strategy and the Green Climate Fund (GCF) requirements.

Catalytic will also consolidate and report portfolio-level impact and ESG data, supporting alignment with leading global frameworks such as the Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi) and CDP.

This partnership underscores Catalytic’s mission to accelerate the design and deployment of catalytic finance solutions that mobilize private capital towards achieving the Sustainable Development Goals.
